Mr. Kingsley, a veteran land acquisition has overall
responsibility for research and acquisition of land
development projects.
In previous positions, Mr. Kingsley was responsible
for overall management of multiple facilities operations
and departments including responsibility for construction
and renovation projects with single budgets in excess
of fifty million dollars. His experience in operations
spans property research and acquisition/development
in the private sector while holding responsibility
for hiring professional staff to include consultants,
attorneys, and architects/engineers. Mr. Kingsley's
recent experience has led him to successful acquisition
of residential, commercial, and retail properties.
