THE GRAND AT BERKELEY DISTINGUISHED BY SPACIOUS FLOORPLANS
 

            Comfort, privacy, style and plenty of room for a growing family may seem like a tall order for many aspiring homebuyers, but at The Grand at Berkeley all of that and more is available at pre-construction prices with no lot premiums.
