To help families challenged by today’s correcting real estate market, Anthony Garofalo, president of Diamond Developers, has announced “Deal of a Lifetime” incentives at his single-family home community, The Grand at Berkeley. Based on their feedback we developed the Elm model, which is a four bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch and Fern which is available with four bedrooms and an optional fifth bedroom or study, a covered patio and an optional front porch elevation.”
