Professional Accomplishments Site Development:
Fifteen years concurrent with Governmental and Commercial
accomplishments, large land development, land acquisitions,
approvals, subdivisions and construction of complex
sixteen thousand plus square foot single family homes,
three to five hundred single family home developments,
two to six hundred unit condominium and townhouse
complexes and large scale water front property development
comprising 2500 dwellings.

Additional Achievements and Experience:
Further, in my twenty-six years of design build construction
administration, both in the field and office I am thoroughly
familiar with all the federal, state, BOCA and OSHA
regulations pertaining to executing a design build project
from site development and initial renderings to a full
design concept to include coordination of Architectural,
Structural and Mechanical design and all construction
activities, on projects in the award amounts ranging
from 2 to 35-Millon dollars.
Additionally, I have extensive experience with preparing,
submitting, negotiating, and finalizing all phases and
components encompassed within commercial and residential
projects, to include related documentation and coinciding
paper work, such as a formally presented Design Build
Proposal, Plans and Specifications, Certified Claims,
Claim Appeals with the Armed Service Board of Contract
and the American Arbitration Association.
Further, I have authored and under written Design Build
Government and Municipal Quality Control Plans, Safety
Plans and Project Sequence of Work Plans in accordance
with the Army Corps of Engineers and OSHA regulations
and standard, to include Hazardous materials analysis
and handling percussions and procedures.
I am certified by the Army Corps of Engineers as a Contract
Quality Control Manager, Health and Safety Officer,
and hold certification from the National Safety Council
for construction accidents, first aid and CPR, and have
a New Jersey State Real-Estate License majoring in Real-Estate
litigation, Contract Negotiations and Contract Law.
Pertaining directly to the execution of design build
and residential construction projects, I have held positions
with a General Contractor as a Vice President and Director
of Design Build Operations, Design Build Construction
Manager and Project Manager overseeing all facets of
several project's concurrently from award to closeout,
working closely with the clients contract representatives
to include comprising budgeting for the project, the
subcontractors and material supplier.
Setting up and maintain the tracking of the projects
budget and schedule using the most recent Primavera
Contract Construction software tools and assemble a
complete design build project management team and systems
to meet each projects individual criteria.
