Twenty years experience in most facets of Land Development
for: Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Public
Facilities.
I have planned, designed, secured approvals, and provided
engineering services for build out of subdivisions
and site plans for over 100 projects throughout central
and southern New Jersey.
The largest residential project was for a 1300 home
planned retirement community on 500 acres. Site is
known as Greenbriar Woodlands, Dover Township, Ocean
County, New Jersey. The project was built by US Home
Corp. The project is located in the CAFRA zone. This
project included;
| |
1300
Homes in seventeen sections |
| |
Twenty
seven hole golf course |
| |
Recreational
center |
| |
Regional
storm-water management facilities |
The largest commercial facility is the Lanes Mill
Market Place, Howell Township, Monmouth County, New
Jersey. This project was for the Goldenberg Group.
This project included;
500,000 of retail floor space that had to be designed
within the conflicting corporate guidelines of several
national chains including Lowe's, Target, Barnes and
Noble, Super Stop and Shop, Longhorn Steak House,
Fashion Bug, and a Chick-Fil-A
The most intense public facility engineering work
was for the redevelopment of the Garden State Parkway's Cheesequake Rest Area. This
project constructed a new main building for the rest area. This facility is
located in a very highly traveled section of that
highway. That redesign had to accommodate the continued
operation of the existing facility and rest area while
the new building and appurtenances were constructed.
This project also had to maintain traffic pass through,
parking and commuter bus zones during construction.
Existing building removed after the opening of the
new facility. Project included a lot of phasing, coordination,
entrance ramp reconfiguration, and relocation of parking
bus areas, loading zones and utilities. New building
was built very close to the existing building due
to tight site constraints.
